3 great ways to get information
The beauty of data is that it can be as high level or as detailed as you want. Path presents platform-wide data and reporting in three main ways so you can easily get the information you need.
Admin Center Reporting
The Admin Center is Path’s in-portal reporting hub. System admins get access to metrics for five of the most commonly requested areas. This data can be viewed in the platform or downloaded as a CSV.
If highly graphical, very detailed data is what you’re looking for, Path has 18 pre-built reports in Data Studio. Data Studio reporting is a great way to see detailed information like total pageviews vs. unique page views, desktop vs. mobile usage and even Android vs. iOS usage.
Total Data Dump
For total data nerds, Path connects each institution’s portal to Web Analytics, giving you access to a deep well of data. Everything from user flow to what individual models of smartphone your students are using, Web Analytics lets you drill down to see who is using the platform, how they’re accessing it (including what combination of desktop, tablet and mobile is being used) and what they’re doing.
You can set specific date ranges and view data by day, week or month breakdowns. Save your favorite Web Analytics reports to revisit later or export data to share with key stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Reporting

Examples of custom reporting:
Group Admin Reporting
Give group admins more control
When managing a group, being able to see key engagement metrics is important. Group admins have access to a special “Analytics” tab for the groups they manage, without being a system admin.
